The 5 Nights / 6 Days Standard package is ₹2,21,999 per person and the Premium package is ₹2,39,999 per person, both GST inclusive. The Do Dham helicopter package, covering Kedarnath and Badrinath only, is ₹1,40,000 per person. Prices cover helicopter transfers, VIP darshan, hotels, all vegetarian meals, ground support and government charges. Your price is fixed at booking even if royalty fees change afterwards. Single occupancy is ₹35,000 extra per person.

Five nights and six days for all four Dhams. Day one is arrival and briefing in Dehradun, days two to five cover one Dham per day by helicopter, and day six is the return flight from Badrinath to Dehradun. The same circuit by road takes ten to fifteen days.

All helicopter packages depart from Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun. The nearest airport is Jolly Grant, Dehradun, which is well connected to Delhi. We can also pick up from Dehradun railway station, and several packages include pickup from Haridwar or Delhi.

Char Dham helicopter services in India operate Bell 407, Airbus AS350 B3 and H125 aircraft, all proven high-altitude types. Each carries five to six passengers. All Char Dham helicopter operations are governed by Directorate General of Civil Aviation regulations, and flights run only within safe meteorological limits.

Five kilograms per person in a soft duffel bag, which we issue at the Dehradun briefing. Trolleys and hard suitcases cannot be carried, and the rest of your luggage stays in the hotel cloakroom in Dehradun until you return. Anything over the allowance is charged at ₹2,000 per extra kilogram.

Yes, 75 kg per person including clothes, shoes, phone and wallet, and it is checked at the Dehradun briefing. Above that, ₹2,000 per extra kilogram applies. The aircraft carries a maximum payload of 450 kg across six passengers and a pilot, so seating is assigned by weight balance and a group may occasionally be split across two flights. Declaring a weight that proves wrong at the helipad carries a ₹20,000 penalty and deboarding without refund, so give us the real figure at booking.

Flights are weather-dependent and may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled, particularly in early June before the monsoon. A cancelled leg is rescheduled to the next available slot. If flying is not possible for two continuous days the tour is called off and 75 per cent of the tour cost is refunded, with a 25 per cent management fee retained. Extra hotel nights and meals caused by weather are not refundable and are borne by passengers, so keep one or two buffer days after the trip.

More than 45 days before departure, 25 per cent of the tour cost is charged. Between 45 and 30 days, 50 per cent. Within 30 days, and for no-shows, the booking is non-refundable. Weather cancellations are handled separately: two continuous non-flying days means the tour is called off with a 75 per cent refund.

VIP darshan assistance is included at all four Dhams and is what the itinerary is built around, but final permission always rests with the temple authorities and any government order in force on the day. What we control is the arrangement and the priority entry; what we cannot control is a temple decision taken that morning.

Children above two years need a full ticket, and there are no concessions by age in either direction. The helicopter circuit suits older pilgrims because it removes the trekking, and we recommend a doctor's fitness certificate for anyone over 70 or with a known health condition. Every passenger has to meet the same weight and health requirements.

Helicopters land close to each temple, leaving only a short walk of roughly 100 to 400 metres on paved or semi-paved paths. At Yamunotri, where the path to the hot spring is longer, palki or doli service can be arranged. Tell us at booking so assistance is pre-arranged at each stop.

Consult your cardiologist before booking. The altitudes involved are Kedarnath 3,584 m, Yamunotri 3,291 m, Badrinath 3,100 m and Gangotri 3,048 m. If your doctor clears you for high-altitude travel, the helicopter route removes the physical exertion of trekking. Carry your medication, a recent ECG and a fitness certificate, and tell us at booking so arrangements can be made.

Acute Mountain Sickness can occur above roughly 2,400 m, when the body takes in less oxygen. Symptoms include headache, nausea, dizziness and fatigue. Itineraries are paced to allow gradual acclimatisation and emergency oxygen is carried at the Dham points. Staying hydrated, avoiding alcohol and not rushing at the temples all reduce the risk. Tell us at booking if you have experienced AMS before.

Indian nationals need a valid Aadhaar card, and NRIs and foreign nationals need a valid passport. Carry the original plus a photocopy for each passenger, and keep a digital copy on your phone as well, since the originals are checked at helipads and at temple entry.

Yes. Booking can be completed over email, WhatsApp or the enquiry form on this site. Payment is accepted by international bank transfer, international credit or debit card, and UPI for NRIs holding Indian bank accounts. A passport copy replaces Aadhaar. You arrange flights to Dehradun and we handle everything on the ground.

Three to four months ahead. May and June are peak season and seats typically fill by January or February; September and October seats tend to fill by July. Booking early also gives you more choice of departure dates.
